the family room i stayed in was spacious! it included both a bath and a shower, convenient. breakfast offered generous portions, it had a range from continental options to a full welsh breakfast. parking was included with the stay which was convenient.
the air conditioning vent in the room was directly above the bed.

The breakfast was acceptable, with a standard buffet style.

the room was spacious (i stayed in a double room!). i loved that the hotel provided extra tea bags. breakfast was great and had high-quality food, it made my mornings so easy.
the facade lights shone into the room at night. it made sleeping difficult!

excellent location free parking
the location is excellent, close to the centre. free parking is plentiful. i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the power showers were great.
the wifi was terrible. it made it difficult to access websites. uploading was virtually impossible.

convenient location private parking great spa helpful staff
i found the location to be very convenient and appreciated the private parking. the spa facilities were a real highlight, with a good pool and gym. i also found the staff consistently helpful , so that was a plus. breakfast options were plentiful and tasty, a great way to start the day.
the internet connection was a bit spotty at times.
