the BREAKFAST was very nice. i especially enjoyed the fresh ingredients and the variety available. the room was also very clean and the bedding felt super fresh.

Really good Service and Convenient Location

The location was excellent, right on the promenade. Parking behind the building was very convenient for my car (a relief in a busy area). The staff proved helpful, and breakfast was a very nice experience. I found complimentary bottled water, tea, and coffee in my room.
The room did not have a hairdryer initially. I had to ask for one at reception.

Leo was really good and very lovely. Nothing seemed too much hassle. He helped with parking and recommended places to visit. His assistance was invaluable. The staff ensured our needs were met promptly and efficiently.

Breakfast featured amazing, locally sourced produce. The quality was fantastic (especially the bacon). There was a large plateful with variety, setting me up for the day with no need for lunch due to generous portions of bacon, mushrooms, and other items.

great breakfast helpful staff gracious manager
breakfast offered many choices and was great value. the staff was helpful, and i liked the bar area. the general manager was gracious and assisted me well .
the hotel charged an extra fee for parking despite the cost of the stay. i expected a better standard for that price.

check in was quick. staff offered help with luggage. breakfast was very nice and the staff were friendly. service was quick.

I booked with family, yet we were given rooms in totally different areas. the rooms were small. The 'mountain view' was a joke! it looked at backyards.
