dated and a bit rough around the edges

poor cleanliness unresponsive staff
the building itself had a stately feel. it gave off those country mansion vibes some people like.
our room, a small double room, was a letdown. it wasn't clean, and the dust bothered me. the staff didn't seem to take my complaints seriously, i mentioned the issues when i checked out, but the receptionist seemed surprised and there were no offer for part reimbursement.

the staff were friendly at reception. they provided quick check-in and were available to assist with basic inquiries.
the room felt old and uncared for. there were cobwebs in corners and dust on surfaces. the shower didn't heat up, so i couldn't take a proper shower, and nobody was available to fix it that day.
