The location was excellent. I could easily walk to the promenade. My double room featured lovely furnishings. I appreciated the free breakfast. It was a convenient start to the day.

The room was quite small. I found hair on the bed. The bathroom had mold. It was not a pleasant surprise after a long day.

seafront location train station lovely touch
the hotel is close to the town and seafront. shops and attractions are just a short stroll away. the bus and local train station are also within a short walk. i found an ironing board and iron on every landing. it was a lovely touch!
the shower cubicle had mold at the bottom.

the bed was comfortable. i also had a sea view room. the room was nice, clean and warm. it was close to perfection, but there was a crack in the shower tray.

the staff was very friendly. they were always making sure i was okay. i received an email on the day of arrival. it said i could check in at 12pm instead of waiting until 3pm.

unhelpful staff broken internet
The staff seemed a little dismissive at times. When I asked about the internet not working in my room (it only worked in the lounge), the receptionist didn't seem concerned. They offered no solution and just shrugged. I reminded me of they weren't really listening to my concerns. (it upset me a little)

Fantastic stay with helpful staff
great bathroom helpful staff
My room had a GREAT sizable bathroomwith necessary toiletries. The breakfast was awesome. I especially liked the eggs, baked beans, and hash browns. The location was great. The hotel is right in front of the beach. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them.
The TV reception was poor. It was impossible to watch any program.

The hotel offers a lift. It can fit approximately eight children. The rooms include tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was GOOD and wide. I slept very well.

The hotel staff were friendly. The staff were also professional and polite. The staff at the reception seemed helpful and greeted us. I FELT very welcome.

The breakfast offered cereals, yoghurt, and fruit salad. A selection of eggs was available. Fresh coffee and tea were also available. The food was AMAZING!!!
