The bed was very comfortable with clean sheets and the bathroom was super clean! I appreciated the friendly staff, they were helpful. Breakfast tasted very good. Free parking was available. I found the location central, so getting around was easy.

the room had a clean space. the bed was very comfortable for the couple of nights i stayed. good parking facilities did exist and it was easy to get a space. the staff was also friendly when i asked for an extra towel.

it is close enough to snowdon. this location is perfect. it made it a perfect base for exploring. the hotel sits middle in the village.

good location friendly staff gluten-free food original hotel weak shower star rooms
the location was good. the staff members were helpful and friendly. i had a gluten-free diet. the staff ensured i had a choice of food and desserts. this was appreciated.
the hotel is in two halves. the reviews i read were of the new four star rooms. i stayed in the original part of the hotel. the shower was weak.

check-in was efficient. i had a lodge double room and it was clean. breakfast included many choices and the location was convenient. i found eateries and independent shops within walking distance.
the pub connected to the hotel had a confusing queuing system.
