The reception lady was friendly and very helpful. I found the breakfast to be excellent (especially the scrambled eggs!). The chef was also friendly and very helpful to everyone.
Signage to the hotel was not very clear, I thought it was confusing to find the entrance on my first try, so I recommend improving the signs.

The breakfast offered a wide array of options. Everything was cooked to order so all guests would have delicious plates. Plenty of tea, sugar, and milk were available on request.

Staff members are friendly and always willing to help. Check-in was easy and efficient (what a relief after a long drive!). Communication with the hotel prior to arrival was reassuring and prompt.

the room was spacious. breakfast had many options (especially the freshly cooked items!). the staff were helpful and friendly. the location suited my travel needs.
i found the car park to be poorly lit. this made it difficult to navigate in the dark.

the room was spacious with fantastic views! i loved the two chairs and a real table in the room. the teabags were pg tips!

cooked breakfast friendly staff spacious bathroom frayed towel worn carpet limited dining
the breakfast was cooked to order. friendly staff served it. the shower worked well with plenty of room in the bathroom for toiletries.
the hotel is showing its age, i noticed frayed hand towel. the stair carpet seemed worn. the pub next to the hotel wasn't serving food in the evenings, so i had to drive to find a meal.
