My room, a twin room, featured a comfy bed. Temperature control worked efficiently, and i found plenty of coffee and tea in the room.
The kettle lid was BROKEN in my room.

The room was superior! it featured both a bath and a separate shower. the bed provided very nice comfort. It was amazing. i found ample space for relaxation, i felt totally at home.
The elevator was a bit slow. I sometimes used the stairs.

helpful staff historical charm great food
The hotel staff was helpful. Jaya showed really good service and a great sense of humor. The food options impressed me. Breakfast was particularly good. I appreciated the hotel's historical charm. The building has many nooks and crannies with interesting decor.
The water pressure in the shower needs improvement. It was hard to enjoy showering.

bistro food hotel staff good ingredients
the bistro food had good quality i found the hotel staff very helpful throughout the hotel. i enjoyed the food at dinner the ingredients tasted good and were well cooked. the room was large and well equipped plus it had a separate bath and shower.
the town hall clock chimed from 7 am until midnight which i found a bit disruptive

spacious room great shower friendly staff
the premium double room was spacious (i appreciated this after a long journey). the shower was particularly great. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
the bar menu felt somewhat limited for a longer stay.
