the location was good. i found breakfast decent with much choice. it was fresh.
the elevator was out of order. i had to carry bags up many floors. no discount were offered.

Fantastic Canal View Suite!

canal view pleasant staff comfortable night
The room I had was lovely. it had a balcony overlooking the canal. Staff were pleasant! It was a comfortable night. I really liked the checkout time, as I did not feel rushed before leaving.
I found that two single beds were pushed together to form a double bed. I kept waking up falling in between. It was not a good sleep.

Really good Suite Experience

The breakfast provided a good selection of hot foods. I thought the hash browns were excellent. i also found the shower cubicle spacious, with both a rain head and a body handset. the option to upgrade to a king suite was a great bonus. The large bed was super comfy. i liked that the suite included an oven, hob, and dishwasher.
I noticed a few elements were broken in places. That is to be expected because some guests do not respect hotels generally.

I found the staff to be lovely and very attentive. the location was great. The hotel felt nice, clean, and very homely. the social gatherings between 6:30 and 7:30 were fabulous (i especially loved the snacks!). the breakfast at this accommodation was also great.
