a haven near the stadium

private bathroom ideal location simple process restful sleep
I secured a double room with a private bathroom, a real find. the location proved ideal for an event at the principality stadium. It was only a short walk away!!! the check-in process was simple, and i received clear instructions with plenty of notice. i had a restful night's sleep here.

usb socket easy check-in city center hot water useless light no heating
The room had a fan, a kettle, and a usb socket. check-in and check-out were very simple and easy. the location is convenient for the city centre. It is only a short walk.
i never had heating or hot water. i was unable to have a shower in the late evening. the main light was pretty much useless. i had to get ready with one bedside light on the first night.

convenient spot near stadium

great location self check-in river taff
the location worked well to watch a match at millenium stadium the room was as expected i appreciated the self check-in as i arrived late the room overlooked the river taff it was warm.

small room subpar cleanliness
The room felt quite small. The bed barely fit. i also noticed the cleanliness wasn't up to par. there was a noticeable defect. I actually had to request a repair for a lamp that wasn't working. street parking cost extra despite the promise of free parking.

a mixed experience

poor drainage small sink early checkout
the location was fine and provided easy access to nearby areas.
the shower didn't drain well so i needed to turn it off so the water didn't spill. the sink was really small and i couldn't wash my face without making a mess. checkout at 10am is early.

easy check-in larger room
the room was larger than expected. the check-in process used a door code, simple and easy (it was the same code for the front door and the room).
the hotel is near a stadium, but my room did not offer that view.

great water pressure comfy beds thin walls sewerage smell
the location was amazing it was a quick walk to the city center i loved that. the staff were helpful too a cleaner even carried my bags down for me. i was battling a flu then the beds were so comfy i really rested. the shower was also very warm it had great water pressure i liked it a lot.
the door was not locking . there was noise from other rooms the walls were so thin i could hear everything. the bathroom smelled strongly of sewerage i was not happy although it was clean.
