usb ports powerful shower decent ingredients
My room had USB ports. This was a welcome surprise! The showers had amazingly powerful and hot water. I loved that. The food was AMAZING!!! I used real decent ingredients.
Room service ended early, a little inconvenient.

excellent stay near the city

first class staff excellent breakfast modern room nice shower
The staff were first class. Mario were very good. He actually came to fetch me when i got lost. The food was lovely i thought, especially breakfast with plenty of choice. The modern rooms included nice shower rooms, a big plus for me.
the supply of shampoo and conditioner was a little limited in my opinion

excellent breakfast helpful staff
the breakfast had a great selection cooked to perfection. the staff were wonderful from arrival to leaving they were polite and helpful throughout my short stay.

poor buffet damp smell
Breakfast menus included numbering for each bedroom occupied I found this acceptable.
The event I attended had a very poor buffet at £17.50 per head. Sausage rolls were tiny cocktail size only about 2 per person. A strong smell of damp permeated the venue.

early closing time bright light
The breakfast room looked very attractive.
I found the bar closing at 10:30pm too EARLY. The lights were turned up BRIGHTLY at the end of a gathering when people were still talking. I did not find this acceptable.

early bar closure lack client service
the bar situation was disappointing it closed very early i arrived back at 945 pm and tried to order a pinot grigio but got prosecco instead finding someone to correct the order was difficult then at 1020 pm i was told the bar closed because someone named mario had gone home this lack of service made a sad day worse

herb crusted lamb cutlery clattering
the dining experience was not great. i had herb crusted lamb, and it included two small pieces. they were sadly very well cooked and very herb crusted. it wasn't to my taste. the staff started setting up for breakfast around us, and i found the clattering of cutlery really off putting.
