mixed experience, issues noted

limited space small bathroom
the room size was less than ideal. there was very limited space for luggage in my beautiful double room shower. the bathroom was particularly small and using the wash basin was difficult because a glass shelf was positioned too low. i frequently bumped my head against it during normal use of facilities. the staff should address these issues promptly.

the menu was large and diverse, including both pub fare and thai options. it seemed like one person was managing a very extensive menu, potentially affecting service speed.

Wonderful Stay

clean room cute staff delicious meal
The room was clean with excellent pillows and towels. The staff were very cute and accommodating. We enjoyed a delicious evening meal. The hotel possesses significant character.
I found the room to be quite small. There was limited space to place luggage comfortably. The wash basin was difficult to use due to a glass shelf positioned above it.

The staff responded quickly to requests. They helped us to find things in the area and were always smiling. They seemed to want to, which I noticed.

Acceptable Stay With Some Issues

slow service extensive menu
The room was clean and had comfortable beds.
The service was slow, our food order took a very long time. The menu was far too extensive, there was no way they could have everything fresh. The delay ruined our dinner plans.
