fine rooms friendly staff reasonable food cooked breakfast wooden floors continental breakfast
The Celtic Manor main resort Spa was available before check-in at the NoU. The rooms were fine. Staff were so great and friendly.. I look forward to calling back again. The food was reasonable, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I was expecting a cooked breakfast. The accommodation has wooden floors, so I could hear the neighbouring guests.

happy staff amazing room
i had such a great time . the staff was very happy to assist. i really enjoyed the breakfast they served each morning and the room was amazing and very clean.
the wine was quite expensive, so i felt limited in my choices. it made ordering drinks less enjoyable. i hope they consider more affordable options in the future.

canteen atmosphere fatty main course
The sunday lunch felt very canteen-like, with staff constantly moving through a swing door. my main course was very fatty. I couldn't eat it, the staff didn't ask if we wanted another drink, and the lounge reminded me of a waiting room with dusty vases and tired plastic daffodils. i found the sunday lunch atmosphere unappealing, tired plastic daffodils
