i noticed a slight lack of readily available parking near the building.

The room had a fridge, useful for storing drinks. I appreciated the inclusion of an iron and ironing board in the room. (This helped me prepare my clothes for meetings.)
The shower room's sliding glass door was quite noisy. I noticed that the toilet roll was not replaced, and I ran out.

the room was okay, clean and with a sea view. the breakfast treats was a nice touch, and it was all adequate.
the stairs were steep, and the attic room felt so small. there was also nowhere to sit, no table to eat at. the room was overstuffed with ridiculous decorations, and this made it hard to move around freely.
