EXCELLENT stay!
friendly staff clean rooms comfy beds excellent value
The staff were SUPER friendly and eager to help. I was staying alone and felt safe here. The rooms are the CLEANEST I have stayed in at this price point. Beds were very comfy, great for a GREAT night's sleep.
The outside LOOKED like a building site, but this did not impact the excellent service.

Check-in staff were pleasant and helpful with directions and local information. The team always looked for opportunities to assist with luggage and offer beverages upon arrival. Staff addressed all requests promptly and demonstrated a genuine interest in guest satisfaction.

Breakfast included a selection of cereals, yogurts, and fruit juices. The lodge is in a LOVELY location, a short walk from the town center. Parking is available to all guests, free of charge, directly outside the lodge entrance.

The lodge is set in quiet country surroundings. It is easily accessible for events at the Welsh showground. The location offers a peaceful retreat, away from the bustle of the town centre, yet it remains easily accessible.

My room included a very good shower. It was super clean, with a great bathroom. Bed linen and towels were clean. Rooms have good space and everything a guest may need.

a great find!
easy location friendly staff great bathroom excellent shower
a last-minute change had me searching for rooms. the location was super easy. the staff were super friendly, and that's before we had keys! the bathroom was great, and the shower was excellent. the bar opened up for us, and i enjoyed a great pint with the owner.
I wish i had booked breakfast. There's always next time though.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way for you. The service was AMAZING!!! the staff even offered me a ride into town. I felt very welcomed.

the bar opened just for me, which i found very thoughtful. the selection of drinks was satisfactory! the breakfast looked amazing, and the coffee was good, i heard from other guests, so i will try it next time.

great stay near the showground
friendly staff clean room comfortable bed motorcycle parking
the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the bathroom was in excellent condition with a great shower. i also appreciated the covered parking for my motorcycle right outside the reception (cctv was present).
the motel surroundings was a bit untidy.

the manager was very friendly and helpful . the staff arranged an early breakfast as i requested. they allowed me to check in very late upon arrival (i called for guidance).

closed eating spaces poor maintenance
The staff was helpful. They accommodated my requests, and the rooms had good space. they had everything i needed.
It seemed like the outdoor spaces were not ready . the outdoor eating spaces were closed and poorly maintained. when i arrived, a notice asked me to call a number, but no one answered, i waited outside, and then a young child in the reception area helped me get in. It wasn't ideal. i really didn't like that.

convenient location friendly staff super clean room comfy beds
The location is very convenient. It is easy to find right on the showground. the staff were super friendly and helpful. my room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was great, and the shower was excellent. i especially liked the comfy beds.
