helpful ladiesspacious rooms
the ladies at reception were very helpful. the rooms are spacious (i stayed in a beautiful double room).

The room was nice and airy. It was decorated tastefully and it was comfortable. The public areas were nice too. I could relax there and play some games.
The front desk was not attended. I experienced lost heat and internet one day and no one was around. Getting ice for the room was not possible because there was no one around.

Really good Stay with Thoughtful Touches

Glasses were available for enjoying personal beverages in a cosy space. A fireplace helped set a relaxed mood for conversations and games with companions. The large coffee table offered ample space, and the seats were comfortable.
I noted the bathroom WC did not flush properly. I also noticed that the door to bathroom did not shut easily.

The rooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable. The ensuite bathroom featured nice products and a lovely design. I enjoyed how light and airy the room felt.

Breakfast offered a full cooked Welsh option alongside petit pain au chocolat. The cooked breakfast was ordered the night before. The portions were generous and the ingredients were quality.

The receptionist was warm and professional throughout my stay. She was also genuinely helpful. in general, were friendly.
