helpful staff clean room on-site staff
The staff was polite and helpful. The room was very clean. Security measures seemed good, with a staff member always on site.
I found that the room felt cold. i missed having a microwave or fridge in the room.

The beds were very super clean and cozy. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our requests. The hotel's location provided convenient access to the city center. I also appreciated the warm temperature inside the room.
The exterior of the building looked a little neglected upon arrival.

The room was large. The TV worked fine. The shower was nice. I liked that the hotel was conveniently close to Newport County Football. The shower had hot water. The bed was comfortable.

Solid Stay Near City Center
spacious room friendly staff good security
the room was spacious providing home from home vibes the location was good with everything needed nearby i found it to be very good value for money. the staff were always friendly and helpful going above and beyond to ensure i felt welcome and comfortable. i felt the hotel was secure as well with good security measures.
finding the place was difficult as there was no hotel name visible outside the building i also noticed the reception area was undergoing refurbishment. there was no kettle in the room despite tea and coffee being available this was a minor inconvenience.
