great spot near the beach

The breakfast included cooked options that were delicious with many choices at the table. the location was quiet and close to everything. nicola and mark were very friendly and professional. I would stay with them again. staff were always available if needed and communicated room preparation.
the water in the shower wasn't hot in the evening it was only available after 8:00 the next morning

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach. The staff was very friendly and cute (.). Breakfast included fresh fruit and a full English option. Parking was conveniently located just around the corner.
I noticed the absence of heating when I arrived. I requested a space heater and this resolved the problem immediately.

The double room featured very comfortable beds and fresh, clean linens. Ample space was provided for luggage, and the en-suite bathroom included complimentary toiletries (the shower was great!).

My room was the Standard Family Room, and it included a really comfortable bed. Breakfasts impressed me. Nicola and Mark, the hosts, were accommodating. I found easily accessible car parking.
