The room I occupied was large, clean, and well-equipped. Both breakfast and dinner in the bar area offered good quality meals. The service was notably quick and efficient. I found all staff members to be genuinely friendly and helpful.
The worn bathroom towels and mats showed bleach stains. The damp musty smell in the bedroom was noticeable. the radiator remained on at full heat. I hope improvements are.
