convenient location coastal path friendly staff cold room extra heater early closing
the location is very convenient for walking the coastal path. a good bus service stops near the hotel. the staff were very friendly and helpful (i really appreciated that).
the room was cold when i arrived and the radiators took a while to heat up. on the second night, i had to ask for an extra heater. the bar closed early because there were not many guests, so i could not get a drink.

faulty rail complex menu
the bathroom towel rail didn't work. i found that disappointing. the food didn't quite meet my expectations, the menu felt a bit too ambitious? maybe focusing on simpler, fresher ingredients would be better, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
