loose sink check-in hassle
the hotel's location was convenient for exploring.
check-in was a hassle, and getting the keys felt unnecessarily complicated. furthermore, the bathroom sink was loose and wobbly. the condition of the sink was a real letdown, especially considering i paid for a four-star experience.

easy access coast path spacious room friendly staff blocked plug bathroom flood seeped water
the location had easy access to the Coast Path supermarket and pub were close by. the room provided was spacious i appreciated this. staff members were friendly and helpful.
the shower quickly flooded the plug was blocked. this resulted in the bathroom being under water. water seeped under the door into the bedroom this was concerning.

The room was a good size. It had drawers and plenty of hanging space with enough hangers. The food was really good. I ate there every night I could.
My shower quickly flooded. The plug was blocked. This led to the bathroom being under water. The water seeped under the door into the bedroom.

helpful staff good breakfast gorgeous dining area friendly young man
i found the staff very helpful. the breakfast was good in a gorgeous dining area. i arrived late from the ferry, and they ensured someone was there to let me in. a friendly young man also helped with my cases and parking.
the shower tray was cracked, and the wash hand basin in the bathroom was also cracked though it did not bother me a lot.

staff provided assistance with luggage and parking upon arrival. they were quick to address my needs . the team ensured a smooth and easy check-in process, despite the late hour.
