comfortable bedfriendly staffgreat breakfast
i found the bed really comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast was great, a really nice start to the day.
the stairs were a little difficult.

The hotel staff was attentive. The room was spacious and well provisioned. I pre-booked an evening meal, and it had excellent taste. It was cooked to perfection. I found no fault.
My room was basic. I could hear floorboards creaking. Street noise was a problem. It was noisy.

the breakfast was fine (nothing extraordinary, but acceptable).
the room did not quite live up to expectations. i found the bed rather creaky and the overall space was smaller than anticipated. i also noticed a distinct lack of ventilation in the bathroom, quite uncomfortable at times.

The location was acceptable, near local attractions.
The breakfast was not good. The scrambled eggs were clearly microwaved and tasted like rubber. The bed was quite creaky, and the ensuite lacked proper ventilation making it stuffy.
