The location was AMAZING!!! It made accessing nearby attractions very easy. The room included a modern shower and a light-up mirror. The staff was friendly and approachable. They were knowledgeable too.

mixed feelings about this stay

shower door basic breakfast
the location was decent.
I was quite disappointed with the noise. I could clearly hear conversations from other rooms , made it hard to relax. the bathroom wasn't great either. The shower door didn't close properly, so the floor was always wet. finally, the breakfast was quite basic. I expected more than just cereal and toast for the price i paid.

charming stay!

perfect location friendly staff delicious pizzas excellent beers
The hotel had a perfect location near the train station. the breakfast included cereal, fruit, yogurt and toast. I found it convenient! the staff was friendly and ready to assist. the onsite pizzeria created delicious pizzas, and the local beers were excellent.
the bar got a little loud past midnight, and i could hear it from my room.

the staff were very inviting and approachable, ready to answer questions! mental health needs were well-catered for, i noted. the general manager was especially nice, which definitely.

The hotel features a pizzeria with an artisan clay oven. It offers amazing pizzas. for cyclists, a secure bicycle storage area is available. breakfast includes a nice continental selection, a very convenient thing.

friendly greeting spacious room clean room wide variety
the greeting was friendly and very informative upon arrival. the room itself was perfect, spacious, and clean. breakfast offered a great start to the day, with a wide variety of choices available.
i could faintly hear some noise from upstairs while on the ground floor, but it was minimal.

i found parking and pubs to be a short walk away. the castle was near. this made exploring very convenient. i was able to easily attend a gig at the castle, which i appreciated.

Wonderful Stay!

friendly staff clean guest house great location easy parking
The staff were super friendly. The guest house was completely clean. We felt really comfortable. Location was great and parking nearby was easy to find. The castle was only a five-minute walk away.
The room needed a bit of attention. Floorboards creaked and windows could benefit from replacement.
