perfect!

thorough staff amazing cleanliness comfy bed friendly staff
I loved the friendly and thorough staff. They told us about fire alarm procedures and escorted us to our room. the cleanliness was amazing. i was very impressed to see employees thoroughly cleaning even the bar area during breakfast the next morning, really good! the beds were so comfy. I didn't want to leave.
the tv screen was a bit small, but i managed. it was really not a big deal.

The staff was attentive. They promptly addressed all requests. there was an apology for a slight delay with dinner. They even waived the breakfast fee as compensation for forgetting one item. the team ensured a positive experience. I felt very well looked after.

Ample parking is available. This added to the convenience of my stay. the pub and restaurant are lovely. I thought the decor was very charming. breakfast was satisfying. I really enjoyed the variety of food.

The room was clean. I found it very comfortable. the bed was comfortable. I slept very well. the bathroom was spacious. It had all the necessary amenities. the room was quiet. I enjoyed a restful stay!

a very mixed experience.

stained carpets noisy ac unit
the staff were friendly and helpful, so that's something.
The room décor was quite dated. It reminded me of stepping back into the eighties. the carpets had seen better days with numerous stains. also, some kind of noisy ac unit or freezer kept me awake for most of the night. It was quite irritating.

the room felt quite dated, it seemed. the carpet had multiple stains, a VERY UNWELCOMING detail. also, the lack of sufficient power outlets near the bed was inconvenient , because charging my devices was a hassle. the small television felt inadequate for the room size.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, a real asset to the place. The breakfast I had was excellent. I found the free parking very convenient.
