the hotel is conveniently located across from the icc i easily walked there in about five minutes the air conditioning in my room was a welcome relief after attending a long event. i found the room service to be prompt and the staff across all departments were friendly and helpful.

the lack of sufficient power sockets in the room was a minor inconvenience i noticed this because i needed to charge multiple devices.

the pool area looked clean and well maintained offering a relaxing space i saw several guests utilizing the fitness center that seemed adequately equipped for basic workouts. parking was ample providing ease of access for those with vehicles.

reception staff offered a warm welcome and were always willing to assist with queries or requests i observed housekeeping maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. the breakfast staff were particularly lovely providing attentive and efficient service each morning.
