rusty pipework broken shower holder
staff were excellent. the service was very good.
the bathroom really needs an update. rusty pipework was present and the shower holder was broken. some money should be spent to get it up to date.

parking was secure and easy. the reception felt cute with friendly staff and historical charm. i enjoyed being centrally located with easy access. finding the place was easy!
the room was very small for two people. the bathroom definitely need updating.

The staff offered attentive service. The reception was particularly cute. The hotel boasts a VERY convenient location, steps away from restaurants and shops. Free parking was available, a great perk.
The bathroom faucet dripped slightly! though, it wasn't too bothersome.

spacious room attentive staff
The room was spacious and super clean. The housekeeping team did an AMAZING job. The pub downstairs offered tasty food, and I found the staff attentive and kind. It was really nice!!!
The corridor carpets showed some wear.

town centre convenient location historical building friendly staff dated decor worn furniture noisy environment
the location proved convenient it was on the edge of the town centre. the building had some historical significance it once hosted the first welsh football association meeting. staff members were amiable and helpful throughout my stay.
the hotel seemed to need some updating new windows would be beneficial. the hotel was quiet . the decor and furniture looked dated.

free parking friendly staff clean room superb steak
I found free parking which was very convenient. the staff in reception and at the bar were friendly. the room was very clean. i ordered the sirloin steak with peppercorn sauce. It was superb and cooked medium rare. well worth a stay.
the room felt a bit cold initially, but it warmed up eventually.
