a mixed experience overall
loud music dismissive response
the loud music early in the morning woke me up. i was in room 4 and the noise was excessive. it reminded me of the hosts did not care about the disturbance. their response to my complaint was dismissive and made the problem worse. the music only got louder the next morning. this behaviour was unprofessional and detracted from my stay.

clean room coffee facilities excellent breakfast loud music early morning next morning
the room was very clean. tea and coffee facilities were restocked daily. breakfast choice was excellent. it had something for everyone.
i heard loud music early in the morning. it woke me up. the music was louder the next morning. i found this quite disturbing.
