breakfast choice delicious food charging station
the breakfast choices were plentiful and excellent. the restaurant offered delicious food for dinner. a charging station for electric vehicles providing 22kw charging was available, so convenient.. the spacious room was nice and neat.
i had slight difficulty adjusting the electric shower initially.

dog treat welcome pack dog menu
i was blown away by how dog friendly this place is. arriving in the room, i found a welcome pack with dog treats and a toy. my dog had his own menu of snacks and meals, and staff even gave him sausages.
i noticed there wasn't a guest lounge Available, which i would expect in a hotel.

the breakfast had a SUPERB choice of dishes. i enjoyed the local produce, all freshly cooked, especially the sausages offered to my dog. the staff was attentive to all our needs.

the staff were friendly , and they were very good too. they looked after us AND our dog. the customer service from the staff was warm and friendly.

excellent stay at the farm
friendly staff tea variety local produce
the staff sorted breakfast in my room, DUE to my early start. the room had various teas. Coffee and biscuits were provided. Food was excellent with local produce.
we were not informed about the electric shower SO we couldn't work the shower. the electric car charger didn't accept our credit card, accepted everywhere else. COMPLETELY spoilt our stay

uneven experience
electric shower car charger
the room was spacious and furnished to a high standard.
i was really annoyed that we weren't told how to use the electric shower, so i couldn't get it to work. blackout blinds were also present. additionally the electric car charger did not accept my credit card, though it worked everywhere else. this completely ruined my stay.

warm staff lovely terrace dog shower
the service from the staff stood out to me, they were warm and friendly. my room had access to a terrace. this terrace had steps leading to a grassed area. there was even a dog shower available on this terrace.
the electric car charger did not accept my credit card.
