The family room shower was very clean. the location was central and quite convenient. breakfast was also fantastic. I found the food quality to be very high.
The bed was lumpy. This affected my sleep quality. This was problematic with luggage. local parking was a nightmare. It took considerable time to find a space.

The hotel boasts a very central location (which is certainly convenient). The staff were friendly and accommodating during breakfast service. I liked the breakfast and the coffee on offer. There was also a pleasant decking area overlooking the river, I found it an advantage.
I noted the parking situation can be a challenge. I also found that the system of electronic admission, with multiple keypads, was not my preference (I prefer a traditional key system). I found this rather impersonal. I was only staying one night, though I had booked for two originally.

The location is excellent for exploring the town. i liked that the breakfast was served on a terrace overlooking the river. The view from our room also faced the river. staff in the cafe allowed me to keep my bags in the office after checkout, very helpful.
the beds were not comfortable for me. the mattress felt lumpy, so it was not easy to have a good sleep. i would have preferred a different mattress.
