I appreciated the efficient check-in process. The staff was friendly and helpful. I found the room very clean and the bed comfortable. The parking was easy. I parked in the hotel car park.
The meal times were strictwith little flexibility.

The hotel's location near the sea front is excellent. The hotel is also near the retail park. A short walk along the promenade accesses town.
i stayed four nights and found the staff to be very helpful. when i requested a fan, it was brought to my room quickly. the variety and quality of breakfast and the evening meal were amazing!!! the food presentation and quantity were also excellent.
The room lighting was quite poor. The sunken ceiling lights did not provide enough light. i struggled to dry my hair at the dressing table mirror. also, the window had seagull poo on the inside.
