The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and of a good size. I found the location to be very convenient (close to everything).
Lighting in my room was poor. The room service was not up to standard, as I had to request items that were not replenished. I found a double size duvet in a king size cover, leaving empty space.

efficient check-in comfortable bed hotel parking
I appreciated the efficient check-in process. The staff was friendly and helpful. I found the room very clean and the bed comfortable. The parking was easy. I parked in the hotel car park.

fantastic stay!

helpful staff great food quality excellent food quantity
i stayed four nights and found the staff to be very helpful. when i requested a fan, it was brought to my room quickly. the variety and quality of breakfast and the evening meal were amazing!!! the food presentation and quantity were also excellent.
The room lighting was quite poor. The sunken ceiling lights did not provide enough light. i struggled to dry my hair at the dressing table mirror. also, the window had seagull poo on the inside.

the reception staff were efficient and friendly. our classic twin room was spacious with all the facilities advertised. breakfast had extensive choice.. beautifully cooked. bar prices were also very reasonable.
The precise meal times allowed very little leeway. This could be slightly inconvenient for some guests.
