Absolutely Wonderful Getaway!

The breakfast time slots felt a little restrictive. I believe knowing them in advance would have helped with planning our mornings more effectively.

We stayed in the interconnecting family rooms. They were very spacious. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. I found the fluffy towels and super clean bedding very luxurious.

nice stay by the sea

comfortable bed available hosts cooked items quiet setting
i found the bed very comfortable. the hosts, laurie and paul, were always available and offered local recommendations. breakfast featured a wide selection of perfectly cooked items. the location was ideal, providing both a quiet setting and a great sea view from room ten.
I thought laurie sometimes seemed a bit preoccupied, giving the impression she was very busy. It was nothing major though.

Laurie and paul were very attentive. They moved garden furniture so i could park my motorbike. they gave perfect recommendations on local attractions and places to eat. it really seemed like they cared about my stay.

a fairly pleasant stay

helpful owners great tips uncleaned cups rushed feeling
laurie and paul were cute. they called us by our names directly. they carried our bags up. there were many tips on where to eat. there was also an info pack in the room, it had all sorts of history.
laurie seemed to have work to do, we were in the way at times. i felt rushed to leave our room. the cups weren't cleaned . i felt i was imposing myself.

wonderful seafront stay

fruit salad convenient location
I found the breakfast excellent with a great fruit salad option available. the hosts offered great advice about the area. I thought this was a nice touch. i found the location very convenient, a fair walk to restaurants, pubs, and shops, yet a pleasant stroll along the promenade! the views were definitely great!

Really good Hospitality and Perfect Service

clean room generous supply excellent breakfast
The room was clean, well-kept, and bright. A generous supply of coffee, tea, and tasty biscuits were available. Breakfast was superb, offering an excellent choice of food in a well-organized setting. I used the takeaway room. This is a good addition to the service.
The absence of fans in the room was noticeable during a particularly warm period. This made it a little difficult to get to sleep. It would be useful to have fans available in such instances.

The hotel offers a location close to the waterfront and within easy reach of the town. This provides convenient access to local attractions. Parking the car nearby was quite easy, saving time and worry.

i found the owners friendly and helpful. they carried my bag to the room, on the second floor and had a LOVELY view.
the breakfast area is somewhat small, and they do breakfast in two time slots.
