the room WAS clean and lovely. the owners were friendly and REALLY attentive.
dogs were not allowed in the dining room WHICH was a slight inconvenience. i had to leave my dog in the room while i had breakfast

Breakfast was a letdown for me. i found many items absent from the cooked breakfast menu. It lacked fresh fruit. yogurt was also missing. I was not happy. i noticed there was no fresh coffee or toast offered to guests. It seemed poor. the eggs were hard. It was unpleasant.

convenient sitting areaexcellent shower roomvaried breakfast choice
I enjoyed the convenient sitting area in my room.. it was a nice space for quiet moments. The shower room was excellent, a great way to refresh after a day exploring the coast. Breakfast was lovely, there was a varied choice on the full menu.

the breakfast was a letdown. i expected more options for a hotel of this level. the cooked breakfast lacked variety. i noticed there was no fresh fruit or yogurt. the coffee was not fresh and toast was not offered. this left me disappointed considering the price i paid.
