functional stay close to everything

ample storage comfortable bed cute staff
the room had plenty of storage and a very comfortable bed. the room was also lovely and warm which i appreciated. the staff proved cute and accommodating throughout my stay here.
I noticed the breakfast timing was rather inflexible. It only ran for one hour. this could be challenging wanting a more leisurely morning during their break.

clean room attentive owner dining room dog restriction
the room WAS clean and lovely. the owners were friendly and REALLY attentive.
dogs were not allowed in the dining room WHICH was a slight inconvenience. i had to leave my dog in the room while i had breakfast

Breakfast was a letdown for me. i found many items absent from the cooked breakfast menu. It lacked fresh fruit. yogurt was also missing. I was not happy. i noticed there was no fresh coffee or toast offered to guests. It seemed poor. the eggs were hard. It was unpleasant.

convenient sitting area excellent shower room varied breakfast choice
I enjoyed the convenient sitting area in my room.. it was a nice space for quiet moments. The shower room was excellent, a great way to refresh after a day exploring the coast. Breakfast was lovely, there was a varied choice on the full menu.

decent stay with breakfast issues

breakfast variety fresh coffee
the breakfast was a letdown. i expected more options for a hotel of this level. the cooked breakfast lacked variety. i noticed there was no fresh fruit or yogurt. the coffee was not fresh and toast was not offered. this left me disappointed considering the price i paid.
