peaceful retreat
clean caravan amazing stars delicious food safe travel
i felt safe travelling alone. the caravan was clean. the stars were amazing at night. the food in the restaurant was delicious.
the parking spaces were a bit tight for larger cars, so i parked near reception.

unclear check-in bedding requirement
The caravan was clean and it had all the equipment I needed for a short stay.
Check-in instructions were unclear. It said check-in was at 4 pm online, but upon arrival, I learned that check-in was between 4 pm and 6 pm. My caravan wasn't ready, frustrating after a three-hour drive. They also expected guests to strip the bedding before leaving..

Really good Caravan Stay!
well kept place amazing stars fantastic food
I traveled alone and felt safe! The entire holiday park is so well maintained, I noticed immediately. The caravan was gorgeous. At night, the stars were unbelievable and I enjoyed the best sleep I have had in months. The restaurant food was fantastic!
The check-in time was listed as 4 pm. I was told check-in was between 4 pm and 6 pm when I arrived.

The staff are friendly and efficient. The receptionist was great and dealt with the only issue very well. I saw the cleaner was thorough with their work, ensuring each caravan was super clean.

The caravan contained good quality bedding and towels. The hot shower had great pressure! The kitchen included useful utensils for cooking meals, too. The lodge also had a beautiful design. Very comfortable and spacious.

a mixed experience at the park
unclear check-in uncomfortable bed
the check-in time was unclear. i thought it started at 4 pm, but i was told it was between 4 pm and 6 pm. our caravan wasn't ready. i found the double bed to be quite uncomfortable too. i think it needs a thicker mattress.

Acceptable Stay with Issues
check-in problem non-functional wifi
The location was good and provided a base to explore the area.
Check-in was problematic. The online information said it was at 4 pm. I was told check-in was between 4pm and 6pm, and our "Clwyd" wasn't ready. The free WiFi didn't work, and they wanted an extra charge for it.

a quiet escape with amazing views
quiet park beautiful countryside clean caravan
I loved the quiet setting in the beautiful countryside. waking up to views of cows and sheep was a treat!!! the caravan was super clean and had everything we needed. the location made it easy to explore nearby areas. Supermarkets were only a short drive away.
the parking spaces felt a bit tight. maneuvering anything larger than a saloon car might be tricky. it is a minor inconvenience though.
