tea facilities locationroad noise
The tea facilities being in the lounge downstairs was a bit inconvenient (especially when you just want a quick cuppa in your room). the lack of a bath was also a bummer. I do love a good soak after a long day. room 7 faced the road, and the traffic noise was pretty noticeable well into the night. our bed wasn't. I mean, it's not the end of the world, but still.

The lack of tea facilities in the room was annoying. I had to go downstairs every time. also, the road noise in my room was quite loud well into the night. It really disrupted my sleep. the bed wasn't, and i found that disappointing. the bathroom was a bit cramped. There wasn't enough space for my things.

amy and james proved amazing hosts (. breakfast orders and times were prearranged. the breakfast was wholesome. they were very knowledgeable about the local area.
The tea facilities were in the lounge downstairs. None were in the bedroom.
