really good stay

clean room warm greeting awesome breakfast easy accommodation
Sean greeted us warmly. the room was clean. It included everything we needed. breakfast was fantastic with nothing too much trouble. I will certainly stay again.
the single negative point was some road noise. it was noticeable only during peak traffic times though. this did not significantly impact the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.
