charming stay with seaside views

great view friendly staff comfortable bed
the location was perfect. big rooms provided great views. the staff were helpful and quite friendly. i found the beds comfortable and the family room was a generous size.
i did notice some stains on the bedding though. it wasn't a major issue. but it detracted slightly from an otherwise lovely experience.

the hotel boasts proximity to stores and supermarkets. the building stands right across from the sea. it provides immediate access to the beach and its sandy expanse. i loved the spot. but the area was amazing!

friendly staff large windows tasty breakfast reasonable prices
the staff were friendly and helpful. the room had very large windows offering fantastic views. breakfast required ordering each day however, it was tasty. the bar prices were reasonable.
the bathroom door did not shut properly and the toilet did not flush well, though these were minor inconveniences.

the staff provided assistance by carrying bags to rooms. the front desk lady was friendly and accommodating. this contributed to a positive and efficient check-in experience for all guests, though I only needed assistance with my bag.

helpful staff great location old mattress dirty window
the staff were very helpful and cute. the young guy also carried my bag up the stairs. That was KIND of him. the location is amazing and is right on the sea front.
The mattress on the bed was completely knackered! the springs were VERY obvious. the room didn't give the impression of being clean. The window was dirty.

damp room soft mattress
I wasn't happy. the room i got felt really damp, and the old wallpaper smelled musty. it was cold in the room, then the bathroom had this freezer effect. I couldn't stay in there long. also, the mattress was way too soft. i could feel every spring. the whole thing was a letdown.

helpful staff excellent location fresh food relaxing room
the staff were very helpful loaning me a charger when i needed it. the location is right by the beach. the food tasted fresh and was good quality. the room i stayed in had enough space for all my belongings and i could relax easily.
the bathroom could use some modernization as some fixtures was outdated.

friendly service great location broken door lock filthy windows
the front desk service was friendly! the young lady was helpful. she was very accommodating with my children. the location was great.
My room was small for a double. It looked tatty. the door lock was broken and the windows were filthy. the manager did not seem to care, i thought.

fantastic location beautiful view coffee facilities comfortable beds
The location was fantastic. The town was a short walk away. I enjoyed the beautiful view of the beach right from the bay window. The tea and coffee facilities came with a selection of biscuits and bottled water. I appreciated the comfortable beds .
The curtains in the room were slightly too small. This created a small privacy issue.
