noise level sensor light
the room was advertised as soundproof. it definitely was not! the noise from the nearby hotel went on until late. also, the bathroom light was on a sensor! it kept turning on whenever i moved at night, super annoying!

great stay everything spot on
good room size beautiful linen
i especially liked its easy access it was super clean beautiful linen and soft towels. the bedroom felt super clean i also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities plenty was available
the room felt too hot without a fan or air conditioning to cool it down it would have been nice to have that option. the noise from the jitterbug nearby was loud it continued past midnight affecting sleep. the automatic bathroom light activated at night when my partner used the bathroom which disrupted sleep a switch would be better.

the room was lovely and spotlessly clean. the location it was fantastic. i like the high standard of decor and all facilities in the room.
the water in the shower was far too hot. i was not able to adjust it to a usable temperature. this problem has been reported before.

A Mixed Stay
unadjustable shower midnight noise
The room was easy to access. The location proved quite convenient.
I found a major issue with the bathroom. The shower temperature could not be adjusted, (it was far too hot!). The noise from a nearby hotel was also a problem. This noise continued well past midnight, made sleeping difficult.

great location clean room great bathroom
The location was great!!! The room was as expected. It was clean and tidy. The bathroom was also great. The shower was powerful and refreshing. Access to the room was easy and straightforward.

There were several restaurants within easy walking distance. I noticed menus offering a wide array of choices, mostly seafood and traditional pub fare, that looked delicious.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They quickly responded to any questions that I had. The room was serviced daily. The staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness.

The location was ideal. It provided easy access to local attractions. I found the beach and harbor were only a short walk away. Public transport links were also very convenient.
