Jamie and Lauren are cute hosts. I appreciated their hospitality. The breakfast was fantastic and set me up well for the day. I liked the log fire. The hotel provided a good selection of drinks.

Jamie and his team ensured my breakfast was delicious, I am thankful. They gave advice where to get food after hours, it was helpful. My room was very clean and warm. I appreciate the free parking and ease of access.
My room had some cosmetic wear, I noticed. The mattress inclined towards the middle, a small detail.

wonderful stay

cute staff great location traditional breakfast
i found the staff cute upon my arrival. i also appreciated the location, close to many attractions. the traditional breakfast was fantastic and set me up for the day.
The portable radiator in my room did not warm it sufficiently. This made the room quite cold at times.

tired room portable heater
The evening food in the bar was excellent. The hunters chicken was the best i've ever had.
The room felt tired. The mattress had a roll towards the middle. the room could have done with a really good clean, though superficially it looked ok. it was also very cold, and even with the radiator on, a portable heater was needed.

simple accommodation with great service

excellent service breakfast food
the menu featured simple burgers and chips they were satisfying i even tried the salted caramel waffle the wine selection included a nice bottle of merlot what were great. the breakfast was cooked to order and quite nice there was plenty of cereal and bread on offer the coffee tasted lovely the food was delicious and the drinks were cheap
the room included a portable heater the wall radiator was only lukewarm the room needed more effective heating especially during colder periods i had to turn the shower off and on again to get warm water
