Really good Hospitality and Super clean Rooms

cute staff excellent food
The staff were really cute and accommodating. My room was clean. I have traveled extensively and this was the cleanest room I have experienced. The food was excellent (especially the full English breakfast).
I would say that the bed was a little too small as well.

decent stay, but some issues

weak shower poor soundproofing
the staff were friendly enough, i will give them that.
The shower was really weak. The pressure was pathetic. the room felt smaller than advertised on the website. also, the soundproofing was non-existent. I could hear everything happening in the hallway and the room next door, hard to sleep. We were not impressed by the noise levels.
