Decent Stay with Minor Issues

The room had Tregwnt Mill soft furnishings. The cleanliness was excellent and the room was well-organized. Breakfast tasted very nice. I enjoyed it. The location is up the hill from Rhossili Beach.
The WiFi was a problem in the room. The ceiling sloped so I could not shower in the bath. The hot water was not always sufficient .

large sofa warm bedroom
My bedroom included a large sofa. An attractive showerroom was attached to the warm bedroom. Breakfast the following day was lovely.
There was no elevator in the building, which posed a small challenge with luggage.

sloping ceiling hot water
the location was good, within a short walk to a pub and beaches (all in different directions).
the wifi was a problem within the room, inconvenient. it was difficult to take a shower in the bath because of the sloping ceiling. i also noticed there was not always enough hot water.

Charming Stay with Excellent Breakfast
comfortable bed friendly owner cooked breakfast
The room was lovely and the beds provided great comfort. Breakfast was great (especially the home-cooked items!). The owner was friendly and available.
The hot water availability was occasionally limited, a bit inconvenient.

The on-site parking is ample and easily accessible from the main road. The courtyard features well-kept landscaping and seating areas for relaxation. There is a common room with a fireplace.

Adequate stay, issues with amenities
unstable wifi boiler timer
The WiFi was practically unusable in the room, quite frustrating. I couldn't get any work done (even sending emails was a pain). Hot water wasn't always available when needed, specifically one afternoon at 3 PM, and apparently, it was due to the boiler timer. This was a real problem.
