insecure lockhard pillows
the lock on the door felt insecure it was actually hanging off i also found there was no toilet roll provided during our two-night stay the bed seemed past its best and the pillows were very hard we struggled to sleep comfortably. i asked the cleaner for softer pillows but they never arrived. the staff member at the bar seemed new he couldn't locate the wine and offered us an old half bottle instead it wasn't really relaxing

The location proved perfect. It was right next to the cable car.
The decor needs updates. The furniture is old. I noticed peeling wallpaper and radiators that needed painting. The light shades need replacements.
