Wonderful Stay

good facilities caravan spaciousness immaculate outdoor areas hydrotherapy pool
The site maintenance impressed me. It was very well maintained with good facilities. I appreciated the spaciousness of the caravan and its cleanliness. The gardens and outdoor areas were immaculate.. it created a cute atmosphere. I also enjoyed the convenience of the on-site spa facilitieswith a hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room, and meditation room.
The extra charges for everything, such as Wi-Fi and towels, felt a bit unexpected.

great location helpful staff unsafe access health safety issue
The location is great for exploring the Snowdon area. The staff helped when I couldn't figure out the heating system.
The access to the accommodation wasn't very safe. It seemed a health and safety issue for able-bodied people. There are four steps to the entrance door, but there's barely a foot space from the bottom step to a foot drop down to the grass verge.

there was no welcome pack at all, and this meant we lacked basic information. bar and bistro opening hours remained a mystery since they were closed all times we walked up. washing up liquid also was not available.
