mold presence expensive parking
I was looking forward to a relaxing stay, but a couple of things fell short. the bathroom really needed updating (i spotted mold and some makeshift repairs). parking nearby was also a real headache. I ended up paying quite a bit for it. it's a shame these issues detracted from what could have been a better experience.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Location
friendly staff perfect location luxurious feel
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit I found the hotel location perfect for accessing the pier and promenade. I enjoyed the food very much even my dog enjoyed the menu. The new upgrades to the rooms create a luxurious feel overall.
The shower gel was only supplied on the first day of my visit which was slightly inconvenient.

The hotel offers a bar area where guests can play games this amenity adds to the overall experience and provides entertainment options within the premises. The hotel is decorated nicely creating a cute atmosphere for all guests.

Breakfast included a wide choice of items it catered to different preferences and dietary needs. All food served was piping hot which maintained its quality and taste. A dog menu is also available for pets.
Service

The staff went out of their way to assist guests this included helping elderly disabled guests. They were polite and addressed guest concerns promptly. The team reminded me of family after a few days.

The room was very comfy and tidy providing a relaxing environment. Rooms have been recently upgraded adding a touch of luxury. A double bed was available which added space.

The hotel sits directly on the promenade providing immediate access to the seafront. The location is close to the pier allowing for easy access to attractions. The hotel is within walking distance to the town centre giving access to shopping and dining.

fantastic sea view and excellent service
room cleanliness sea view attentive staff relaxing atmosphere
i appreciated the room's cleanliness, especially the daily service. the sea views were a highlight, offering a beautiful vista. all guests were very well looked after by the staff. i found the atmosphere cute and relaxing (i especially enjoyed the bar).
the bathroom fan was a bit noisy and dusty, needing an update.
