Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Guests frequently appreciate the Coach & Horses Inn's setting next to the canal, where a beer garden offers a relaxing spot to watch the world go by. The rooms are often described as spacious, with modern bathrooms, and some offer views of the canal. The food is well-regarded, especially the pub food menu, though some have noted the breakfast options can be limited with details such as the absence of bread for the toaster. With its warm atmosphere, the inn, established in 1801, also features fresh flowers and games, making it a welcoming place to stay near attractions like the Y Promenâd parkrun in Brecon.

The family room suited my needs and those of my three teenagers.
There were no bedside lights, so reading in bed was not possible (i really like to read before sleep). The bedroom door had an auto-closer. This slammed shut loudly.
