Heating Issues and Misleading Spa Bath

inadequate heating missing spa bath
My stay had some significant issues. The heating system was inadequate. It only operated for about four hours each evening. The room became very cold overnight, and I found out later the heating is turned off completely after 9 pm. the website advertised a spa bath in my room. That was not the case. It was a regular bath.
