great stay, top marks!

helpful staff delicious food gluten-free options beautiful location
the staff were helpful and pleasant. the food tasted great and i especially enjoyed the gluten-free options. i appreciated that they provided gluten-free stuffing and yorkshire puddings. the location was beautiful and i enjoyed the weather .
the breakfast service was quite slow, and i waited for 45 minutes to get my breakfast.

engaged staff friendly atmosphere games room
I thought the staff were really engaged with us. i thoroughly enjoyed the friendly atmosphere! the spacious room had everything i needed. i loved the games room. We played pool and darts.
the glass pane on the front door didn't have blinds.

Excellent Food and Attentive Service

spacious room lovely terrace
I greatly enjoyed the spacious room. The games room offered both pool and darts. Staff provided us a breakfast bun to take with us. I found this very considerate. The terrace was a good spot to relax on sunny days.
The rooms seemed to be designed more like holiday lodges than typical hotel rooms. The glass panel in the door had a towel covering it. It was not ideal. I believe updating these small details would greatly improve the guest experience.

The rural location proved convenient for exploring nearby wrexham. ample parking existed near room access. the team was lovely. Customer service felt attentive. the cooked breakfast featured excellent ingredients, though an earlier start time could benefit some guests.
the room lacked a dedicated desk. it needed a full-length mirror outside the bathroom.

charming stay in a serene location

tasty buffet plentiful buffet english breakfast
i attended a family birthday party, and the function room was perfect. the buffet was tasty and plentiful, so no one went hungry. the english breakfast included was very good (especially the sausages!). i found the staff pleasant and eager to help.
i noted the absence of clothes hangers in the room. this made it difficult to properly store my clothes. i hope they address this minor inconvenience soon.
