the cabin was spacious and comfortable. the views were amazing! the children adored the secure and beautiful gardens. geese were a lovely surprise. it's a perfect location for snowdonia, greenwood forest park, and zip world. we will stay longer next time.
i booked for four people, so two of us used the sofa bed. the sofa bed wasn't great. the mattress was very thin.

Really good Lodge Experience

Our large lodge accommodated us comfortably. The kitchen had all necessary equipment. We enjoyed the ample outside space, perfect for our children to play. The heating system worked very well. It heated the lodge quickly in the evenings.
I noticed the recycling bins on the veranda were not emptied upon our arrival.

The lodge was bigger than expected. It was super clean and provided a cosy atmosphere. We appreciated the thoughtful layout that maximized space for our family, allowing everyone to relax comfortably after a day exploring.

The grounds had beautiful lights adding a romantic touch. the gardens were secure for the children to play. It was a lovely surprise. i loved the geese. the cabin felt spacious, providing comfort for a nice stay.
The sofa bed wasn't comfortable because the mattress was too thin. I felt the metal bars.

i stayed two nights in log cabin. the cabin felt spacious. the gardens include hammocks and egg chairs, they are relaxing. hosts are friendly and helpful. they left us to our own devices, which i liked. the larger cabin include enclosure, good for dogs.
i booked for four, two used sofa bed. the sofa bed has thin mattress and metal bars. there was no duvet cover. i had no response when i asked for towels and bed linen. i had to buy bedding.
