great choices sufficient parking
the breakfast choices were amazing. sufficient parking was available right in front, accommodating all guests without any congestion.

great room, great food
comfy bed hot beverage english fry
The beds were comfy. there was tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits available in the room. the breakfast made by bryan is gorgeous. I got pots of tea and coffee, fresh orange juice, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, toast, jams and a full english fry up. i plan to come back.
the sofa was not comfortable. i was shown the outdoor bit at the back, and i didn't find it appealing. it wasn't the cleanest place.

the accommodation offered complimentary toiletries and fresh towels daily, and there were also additional amenities available upon request at reception. free Wi-Fi was accessible throughout the premises.

nearby, i found several scenic walking trails with marked paths that provided opportunities for exploring the countryside. local bus routes offered convenient access to nearby towns, allowing easy trips to regional attractions and amenities. a small shop was a short walk.

breakfast included options such as cereal, yogurt, and fruit, and a full english fry up was made. they serve fresh orange juice. the dining area provided high chairs for families and had large windows that provided a view to the gardens.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
malfunctioning remote isolated location
The breakfast was adequate.
The television remote did not function correctly. I found some areas were not cleaned thoroughly. The location proved more isolated than expected and limited immediate amenities.

friendly host clean room drinking water
bryan was very friendly , he. the room was clean and the bed felt comfy. tea and coffee were available. biscuits and drinking water were in the room.
the tv remote control did not work properly , the keys kept sticking.

an ok stay, some issues observed
remote control tired decor
breakfast was a highlight it was freshly cooked every morning and very nice.
the remote control for the tv did not work properly the keys kept sticking. also the decor seemed a little tired. there were several knock chips on skirtings and doors.

clean room sufficient parking great breakfast
The room included a kettle and biscuits. A shared fridge was available downstairs for guest use. The breakfast included a veggie sausage (a nice touch).
The sofa was uncomfortable. (I did not expect this).
