the room was clean and i appreciated the ample tea and coffee supplies. the shower worked very well. the staff were friendly and also helpful .

The staff were accommodating. They fulfilled a room request at a late hour, around 9:30 pm. they remained consistently helpful. the team cleaned rooms upon request throughout the duration of the stay.

the hotel is approximately a 13-minute walk from the station. despite its location near the town center, the area is generally peaceful. i noticed that the location is next to snowdonia mountain railway.

the staff were very accommodating. the breakfast included several choices. the location provided easy access to local shops and attractions. i found the bar downstairs quite convenient for evening drinks.
the shower pressure was low.

quiet room comfy bed good breakfast
I really enjoyed my time. the hotel is situated conveniently near the university, a great location. the room was quiet and the beds were comfy. I slept really well. the included breakfast was also a treat, with a good start to my day of exploring.
the room decor looked quite outdated, but it was ok.

The room was spacious and clean. It even had a lovely view of the mountains. i found a kettle with a rich supply of tea bags and milk. It was very handy for a relaxing cup after a long day, and i felt refreshed.

The second floor single room offered a pleasant mountain view and cleanliness. Bedding and towels were super clean. I found the shower water to be sufficiently hot. Tea and coffee supplies were well stocked. The complimentary cooked breakfast was excellent and served with genuine hospitality.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. my room was a super clean single room with a mountain view, just like advertised. the bedding were super clean and the shower had hot water. the breakfast was included. It was excellent with a smile.
the room looks little bit older and in need of some updating.
