The second floor single room offered a pleasant mountain view and cleanliness. Bedding and towels were super clean. I found the shower water to be sufficiently hot. Tea and coffee supplies were well stocked. The complimentary cooked breakfast was excellent and served with genuine hospitality.

The staff members were helpful and cute throughout my visit. I needed to fill out a breakfast sheet one day prior. They even arranged a packed breakfast when I had an early departure.

I made use of the free car parking facilities. Freeview TV in the room provided entertainment options. The separate guest entrance secured with a key offered convenient access to the rooms apart from the busy bar.

The location is close to the University. I appreciated being within easy reach of other area amenities. The hotel provides a good base for exploring the north of Wales.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. my room was a super clean single room with a mountain view, just like advertised. the bedding were super clean and the shower had hot water. the breakfast was included. It was excellent with a smile.
the room looks little bit older and in need of some updating.
