some issues

soggy ricecold breakfast
the restaurant food was okay, but not great. i had the chicken curry and it was just a chicken breast on top of a sauce (it made the rice a soggy mess). breakfast was cold and the bacon was like leather. i explained this to edwin at the front desk, and he made sure my breakfast was hot on our last day. the shower was over the bath, and the knob just spun around, causing the water temperature to fluctuate (it was a bit dangerous for us).

good serviceloud ventbroken charger
the food in the restaurant met expectations, and the service was acceptable.
Room 7 was above the kitchen. kitchen vents operated from 6am to 11pm. this caused noise and cooking smells in the room. the advertised ev charger was broken. I only received this information after the cancellation period ended, a bad practice.

good viewlousy pillowspoor shower
the room was very clean and had a good view.
The pillows were lousy and the shower was not good at all. The blind at the window did not fit properly. i also heard a drunk resident trying to get into my room early in the morning, it woke me up. i don't think i will stay here again.
