Really good Stay with a Superb Host

great breakfast extra attention comfortable bedding
Simon was a wonderful cook (and an all-around great host!). I enjoyed the excellent breakfast with its substantial offerings. The room had great bedding and extra attention to detail.
The on-site parking was questionable. Space felt limited.

local dining scenic walks excellent selection
simon provided helpful advice regarding local dining and scenic walks i found breakfast to be excellent with a great selection i enjoyed the super clean cleanliness maintained throughout the accommodation. i greatly appreciated the well kept ambiance.
the on-site parking availability was somewhat limited on busier days.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! There was a substantial choice of cereals. Toast came with butter and varieties of jam. The cooked breakfast included bacon, sausage, mushrooms, beans, and hash browns. I found the egg and toast choices set me up for the day. Parking was either on the quiet road or on their designated drive.

The breakfast was excellent and offered plentiful options. The room included a fridge, and fresh milk was available. The location was quiet but near many restaurants, bars, and nearby attractions.
The curtains came off their fittings . They were not repaired before departure.

Really good Hospitality

Simon gave a warm welcome. He provided local recommendations. Breakfast included delicious sausages. It was cooked perfectly by a lovely young lady. The guesthouse is beautiful. It is in a convenient location. I found everything immaculate. I would happily return. It was a NICE stay. I was also given a private parking space.
There was minimal disturbance from other guests, but i could hear slight noise from neighboring rooms at times

Acceptable, but with issues

missing heating curtain repair
The breakfast was acceptable with a good variety of choices.
The heating wasn't on, so it was uncomfortably cold. The curtains also detached from their fittings on the first night and weren't repaired . On-site parking is QUESTIONABLE.
